Chad Fieber and his wife, Candace are the owners of Palmer Ridge Construction, a custom home building company in Monument, Colorado. Chad was born and raised in Wyoming. He attended BYU and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. In 2003, he married Candace Pace; they now have four kids, two girls and two boys. Chad was recruited out of college by Pulte Homes for an internship the summer of 2005 and subsequently offered a full-time position in Colorado Springs upon graduation from BYU. He worked as a Superintendent for Pulte Homes for three years. He studied for and obtained his own contractor license in 2006. From 2008 – 2013, he was the Operations Manager for a commercial framing company in Franktown, CO. In 2014 Chad and Candace incorporated Palmer Ridge Construction. Chad is also an avid outdoorsman and hunter.
