This has been my first job-hunting experience in Japan, and when I first met with my coach, I was in the midst of setbacks and uncertainty. I would have been grateful just to find any job. Yet, my coach truly understood my background and potential. His kindness, thoughtful guidance and rich experience reignited my confidence and inspired a deeper passion for my career. My coach helped me see that my efforts were not invisible—just how to let others see me as I am.
By the second interview, I had embraced my coach’s advice, prepared more intentionally, and gained a clearer understanding of my experiences and past missteps.
Though I later faced rejection again, I had discovered a quiet sense of purpose under my coach’s guidance. One’s true value can only be defined by oneself, through refinements and trials of doubt. Also, knowing that there are many meaningful things I can pursue gives me lasting hope for the future. As for my career aspirations, I came to believe PwC offers an exceptional platform. One day, I will take my place there and contribute to the future of finance that leads business and drives world progress.
I hold deep gratitude. With faith in God, I am committed not only to becoming a capable professional, but also someone who can pass on the same encouragement and hope, passion, and love for the world.
