Become a Volunteer Career Coach or Mentor and Make a Difference!

As a Career Coach, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to guide individuals ages 16-35 as they build the skills needed to succeed in their careers. Your role could involve helping them explore potential career paths, crafting standout resumes and cover letters, running mock job interviews, and connecting them with mentors who can offer valuable insights. Coaches can come from any industry, so your expertise can make an impact no matter your background.

If you’re a seasoned professional, consider becoming a Mentor! Mentors share their career stories, wisdom, and advice with young adults who are eager to explore or launch their careers in a specific field.

Whether you choose coaching or mentoring (or both!), you can make a powerful difference—in-person or virtually, for individuals or groups. Your guidance could be the spark that helps someone take their career to the next level!
